Bolton Cove

is located in the Parker Creek area of Lake Martin. The location is off of Coosa 20 which is considered by many as the Birmingham side of the lake. The cottage-style homes offer numerous upgrades and neighborhood amenities include pool, club house and sandy beach area.

is located on the North side of Lake Martin near Lakewinds Public Golf course. It is easy to get to from Birmingham, Auburn and Atlanta since it is only a few miles off of Hwy 280 near the Tallapoosa River Bridge. The neighborhood benefits from being within the city limits of Alexander City. The neighborhoods of Columbine, Baywood and Mountain Laurel are located within River Oaks development.

Stillwaters Resort

is a gated lake and golf community in Dadeville. The neighborhood consists of over 2,200 acres of beautiful Lake Martin property and offers weekend homes, full-time residences and condominiums. The neighborhood is also home to Harbor Pointe Marina.

Trillium

is situated on the southwestern side of the lake- the Montgomery side of Lake Martin- and has large lots with mature timber and gently rolling land to the lakeshore. Located in Elmore County and close proximity to Montgomery, this development began in 1987 and offers homes of various architectural styles. The properties in this development offer great diversity with majestic views from an expansive shoreline containing several islands joined by causeways. This area of the lake is particularly known for its sandy soils.
