Lake Martin is truly a unique place which offers everyone something special. Lake Martin’s neighborhoods provide that transition from land to water. While Lake Martin offers large and small restricted subdivisions, gated communities, and numerous unrestricted areas, everyone comes together on the water. Crowne Point
Crowne Point at Lake Martin is a condominium community located on the eastern shores of Lake Martin. Each unit offers spectacular views of the lake and the convenience of a dedicated boat slip.
Emerald Shores
Emerald Shores is the heart of the Blue Creek area of Lake Martin. Located off Hwy 34 near where it intersects with Hwy 50, locals enjoy easy access to popular eateries like Oscars, Niffer’s and Poplar Dawg. Alabama Power recently released the remaining lots!
The Harbor
The Harbor is located on the southern shores of Lake Martin and is just down the road from the Cherokee Ridge Alpine hiking trails and the Martin Dam. On the water, the Harbor is seconds from Chimney Rock, The Ridge marina and one of several eagle’s nest we have discovered around the lake!
Marina Marin
Marina Marin is a private lakefront community offering estate homes, lots and cottages. The southern side of Lake Martin is convenient for those desiring a place on the “Auburn side” of the lake. Former Auburn University coach Tommy Tuberville selected this area of the lake for his Lake Martin home.
The Preserve at Stoney Ridge
The Preserve at Stoney Ridge offers lake living surrounded by the natural beauty of Lake Martin. The development’s objective is to blend superior architectural home design with the beautiful natural setting of the lake. The neighborhood is located off of county road 34 in Dadeville.
Raintree
Raintree is located on northern shores of Lake Martin and began as one of the first neighborhoods to offer lakefront living with the convenience of city services. This neighborhood is only minutes from Alexander City and Wind Creek State Park.
Longleaf
Longleaf is located on the East side of Lake Martin in the Blue Creek area. If you are arriving by water it is minutes from Chimney Rock and The Ridge — if you are arriving by land it is located off of Hwy 34 in Dadeville. This area is home to lakeside cottages and full-time residences.
River Oaks
River Oaks is located on the Northside of Lake Martin near Lakewinds Public Golf course. It is easy to get to from Birmingham, Auburn, and Atlanta since it is only a few miles off of Hwy 280 near the Tallapoosa River Bridge. The neighborhood benefits from being within the city limits of Alexander City. The neighborhoods of Columbine, Baywood and Mountain Laurel are located within River Oaks development.
Trillium
Trillium is situated on the southwestern side of the lake- the Montgomery side of Lake Martin- and has large lots with mature timber and gently rolling land to the lakeshore. Located in Elmore County and close proximity to Montgomery, this development began in 1987 and offers homes of various architectural styles. The properties in this development offer great diversity with majestic views from an expansive shoreline containing several islands joined by causeways. This area of the lake is particularly known for its sandy soils and crystal clear water!
The Ridge on Lake Martin
The Ridge on Lake Martin is one of the largest residential developments and is located in the heart of Lake Martin. The Village at Lake Martin
The Village at Lake Martin is located off of Overlook Road on the southern side of the lake. Residents enjoy gorgeous views of Lake Martin, two pools, beach access, boat storage, lawn care and more.
Stillwaters Resort
Stillwaters Resort is a gated lake and golf community in Dadeville. The neighborhood consists of over 2,200 acres of beautiful Lake Martin property and offers weekend homes, full-time residences and condominiums. The neighborhood is also home to Harbor Pointe Marina.
Windermere
Windermere is located near the Kowaliga Bridge and Russell Crossroads area of Lake Martin. The development began in the mid 1970’s and offers beautiful homes for families to enjoy while spending time at the lake.
Windermere West is located adjacent to Windermere and was added to the area in the mid 1990’s. It enjoys the benefit of being located near Russell Crossroads by land and Midway and Doctors Island by water. Windover is located between Windermere and The Ridge and was developed by Russell Lands as well. It offers nice sized lots with easy access to Chimney Rock, a favorite hangout for many Lake Martin residents and visitors.
Willow Point / Glynmere / Willow Glynn
Willow Point / Glynmere / Willow Glynn is located in the northwest section of Lake Martin in the Parker Creek area. The Willow Point neighborhood dates back to the 1970’s with beautiful custom homes offering interesting architecture. Glynmere is the newest addition to this gated neighborhood which features an enclave of Craftsman style homes.
